Len Butticci

President & CEO

Len has over 30 years of underwriting and executive management experience in the life insurance industry with a background that includes underwriting Life, Critical Illness, Disability, Impaired Annuities and Special Risk in Direct, Reinsurance and Retro environments.

Len’s insurance background spans the North American and International markets. After a successful career managing a number of life underwriting departments, Len moved to the vendor side of the business and built BW Underwriting Services Inc. and Watermark Insurance Services Inc., two successful companies that delivered innovative underwriting support solutions.

ExamOne Canada acquired BW and Watermark in 2017. Since then, Len served as President, ExamOne Canada until March 2019 when he left to establish DataSource Technologies Inc.

Alison Abbott

Chief Operating Officer

Alison has over 30 years of underwriting operations and executive management experience in the insurance industry. Alison was instrumental in building BW Underwriting Services Inc. and Watermark Insurance Services Inc.

Most recently, Alison held the role of Vice President, Operations, ExamOne Canada until March 2019 when she left to establish DataSource Technologies Inc.

With her strong, client-focused, approach to operations and service delivery, and her proven history of leading successful system integrations, Alison is well-positioned to lead DataSource’s development of data products, service delivery, and client support for the Canadian life insurance industry.
